Return and refund policy
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the sellers/merchants on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.
Product Not as Expected
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, report this to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision with refund or returns.
Warranty Issues
- For products with a manufacturer warranty, please refer any issues directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds by Zulaxy will be processed within 5 days.
- We have a 7-day return/replacement policy.
